Dr. Bacon continued her work on the Legacy Group project, a multi-year community service and research project during her Presidential Fellowship. The research project resulted in the creation of the Legacy Model, designed to promote psychological health with group members by engaging in self-reflection, exploring family history and traditions, discovering one’s roots, deepening one’s life purpose, and expanding their capacity for caring.
